Alcuin's World Languages Program
Alcuin’s World Languages program, which extends from Primary through Upper School, prepares students to learn, work, and live in a world where national boundaries, cultures, and economies are becoming increasingly interconnected and interdependent.Exposure to Spanish begins in the Primary classroom, where dual-language lessons establish early fluidity between diverse world cultures. Starting in Lower School, students are offered comprehensive Spanish as well as extensive Mandarin Chinese language programs as integral components of the curriculum.Alcuin is committed to nurturing and preparing future citizen leaders to thrive and become positive contributors to society in a complex and interdependent world.
Through exposure and mastery of these languages, students develop a more informed world view, as aligned with Alcuin’s mission to educate compassionate global citizens.
