Gifts in Support
Gifts in support of scholarships directly benefit the mission and experience of the entire Alcuin community, fostering a rich and diverse environment where all students can thrive.
Approximately 24% of Alcuin families receive some level of financial aid, which accounts for 14% of the school’s operating budget each year. Gifts in support of scholarships allow amazing young people who wouldn’t otherwise be able to attend Alcuin to benefit from the Alcuin experience while preserving much-needed operational funding to support important programming for our students.

De León Scholars Program
The De León Scholars Program recognizes two students every year who demonstrate unique capacities with the intent of helping them realize their maximum potential. The Scholars group is a fellowship of individuals who share an interest in pursuing academic improvement, economic or social entrepreneurship, and scientific or technological change. The aim of the Scholars Program is to develop compassionate global citizens who become effective leaders in their communities.Read More -
Alcuin Scholarship Fund
In response to input from a number of parents who have expressed interest in supporting scholarships and financial aid for our students – both current and incoming – Alcuin has created a special Money Market fund where donations will be pooled for the greatest impact. The Scholarship Fund assists talented and hardworking students who otherwise would not be able to attend Alcuin School. -
Annual Scholarship Luncheon
Each year, the Alcuin community gathers to celebrate and support the School’s financial aid commitment at the Annual Scholarship Luncheon. Contributions made through this event go to The Alex Podeszwa Legacy Fund. The Fund was established by Alex’s parents in October 2014 in memory of an inspiring young man who was the embodiment of Alcuin's Mission – and who personified the motto “innovative thinkers and passionate learners” in being the person that we strive for each of our students to become.
