Some of Silverman’s greatest life lessons were learned on the football field.
Andy Silverman joined the Alcuin community in January 2009 as a physical education teacher and coach after graduating from Texas A&M University. His family includes his wife Jenni and their four children – Brynlee, Lane, Cole, and Carter.
Silverman grew up playing just about every sport he could, but focused on football through his high school years. Some of Silverman’s greatest life lessons were learned on the football field – overcoming challenges and failures, relying on teammates, understanding your role, and playing tough. Some of his hobbies include coaching his sons’ teams, cracking jokes with his daughter, losing to his wife in board/card games, hiking, strength training, and watching Dude Perfect with his family. When not at Alcuin, Silverman can be found at his wife’s gym (Burn Boot Camp, Keller) and attending Milestone Church.
