Matthew Lundberg helps students realize, organize, and share their own life narratives as the Director of College Counseling at Alcuin School. Previously, he enjoyed eleven years of teaching Literature, Psychology, Theory of Knowledge, and Reading, as well as coordinating several programs for the International Baccalaureate program.
Lundberg studied English (B.A.) and Psychology (B.S.) at Duke University as well as Secondary English/ Language Arts (M.A.T.) at the University of Southern California, and he does not plan to stop his education any time soon. A child of Nebraska who enjoys the arts and culture of the Big D, Lundberg's hobbies include traveling, running, playing board/card games with friends, watching movies, reading, rollerblading, and hiking. He also loves spending unreasonable amounts of time with his snakes, Macaroni and Potato. In his Alcuin role and through his life, Lundberg hopes to deepen his work of helping students discover the beauty of being a human in the world.
